As a licensed provider, we allow users an Android-native app for requesting responses from OpenAI's servers via their official API. Accordingly, on first use, your are required to explicitly agree to OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Additionally, you agree to our terms of use, which include those of OpenAI's, as well as those additions stated here. Any violation of any of these terms may result in termination of your account from our platform without warning.

Although, it can provide exceptional access to general knowledge and information, its responses are by no means guaranteed to be factual or relevant to user prompts. It is up to the individual to interpret its responses with a healthy degree of skepticism and discernment.

Responses are automatically generated by AI (Artificial Intelligent) agents and in no way reflect the positions of the app's developers or owners. As such, it is the users' responsibility to report any violation of terms directly to OpenAI's Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

We absolutely prohibit users attempting to generate the following types of content:

• Hate: Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity
• Harassment: Content that intends to harass, threaten, or bully an individual
• Violence: Content that promotes or glorifies violence or celebrates the suffering or humiliation of others
• Self-harm: Content that promotes, encourages, or depicts acts of self-harm, such as suicide, cutting, and eating disorders
• Sexual: Content meant to arouse sexual excitement, such as the description of sexual activity, or that promotes sexual services (excluding sex education and wellness)
• Political: Content attempting to influence the political process or to be used for campaigning purposes
• Spam: Unsolicited bulk content

• Malware: Content that attempts to generate ransomware, keyloggers, viruses, or other software intended to impose some level of harm

All violations of the above must be promptly reported to us directly so that we may take immediate actions against users who violate our terms. We may also report such violations to OpenAI for the purposes of improving the safety of their content generation models and enforcing their own terms.
